If you are dissastisfied please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include your customer information (phone, address and email) and reason for return in your return shipment.

Specialty limited items and sale items are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We make our candles in small batches and sometimes they are made to order. We usually ship out in 2-3 business days but sometimes it can take longer depending on each order. Shipping costs vary on state. 

Local delivery within 30 miles of Albion, CA is free with minimum order of $100.00. A $5 fee added to local delivery orders under $100.00, please email us for more information on local delivery and wholesale information.

Rust & Wicks candles are always made with all natural USA grown eco-friendly soy wax with phthalate free essential oil based blended scents.

To reuse or repurpose candle containers simply soak and wash with hot water and soap (we do not reccomend reusing any vintage enamelware or tins for food purposes)

Keep wicks trimed to 1/4" before each burn while keeping candle free of any debris, wick trimmings or matches.

Burn candle no more than 3 hours at a time.

Keep away from children.

Do not touch or move candle until it has completely cooled.

Only burn on a level, fire resistant surface and of course, never burn near anything that could catch fire.
